几种特定波长LED在穿戴式生理信号检测中应用的研究

【摘要】 人体血管中的血液随着心脏的周期性搏动产生周期性的流动,当LED光穿透人体组织的时候将携带特定的血液动力学信息。由于不同浓度的同种物质对同波长的LED光具有相同的吸收系数,依据修正的朗伯比尔定律推导出血液中血红蛋白的浓度、动脉血氧饱和度及心率,为贫血和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症提供判断依据。
【Abstract】 Blood is a cyclical flow in vessels with heart beating periodically. LED light can carry some hemodynamic information while crossing human tissues. As the same substance with different concentrations has the same absorption coefficient to LED with the same wavelength, the concentration of hemoglobin can be calculated with efficient models based on revised Lambert-Beer’s law. According to the concentration, human oxygen saturation and heart rate can also be obtained which will become a reference for judgement of anemia and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
