海岛棉纤维品质与其种子短绒多寡的相关性分析

【摘要】 为探讨海岛棉纤维品质与其种子短绒多寡之间的相关关系,提高海岛棉品质育种效率,以218份海岛棉种质资源为供试材料,通过2年纤维品质指标的检测及短绒多寡的调查与分级,分析短绒各分级间纤维品质指标的差异性及纤维品质与短绒多寡的相关性。调查与统计发现,218份海岛棉种质资源的短绒性状可划分为4级:1级(光籽)、2级(端毛)、3级(稀毛)、4级(毛籽),其中毛籽所占比例最大(46.34%),光籽最小(13.76%),端毛、稀毛居中,分别为19.72%和20.18%。变异度和遗传多样性分析发现,海岛棉短绒性状的变异度为55.28%,多样性指数为1.27。方差分析表明,各级间除马克隆值差异不大外,其他纤维品质指标随着分级数的增加而增高,具体表现为:4级优于3级,3级和2级分别优于1级,且差异呈极显著或显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)水平。不同短绒分级间纤维上半部平均长度呈极显著差异;3、4级与1、2级的断裂比强度差异呈极显著水平,2级与1级的断裂比强度差异呈显著水平;3、4级与1、2级的长度整齐度指数差异呈极显著水平;4级与1、2级,3级与1级的断裂伸长率差异呈极显著水平。Spearman等级相关系数表明,纤维上半部平均长度、断裂比强度、长度整齐度指数和断裂伸长率分别与短绒分级数间呈极显著(P<0.01)的正相关性,马克隆值与分级数间呈显著(P<0.05)负相关性。上述结果说明,海岛棉纤维品质与其种子短绒多寡间有统计学意义的正相关性,短绒多寡可作为海岛棉纤维品质优劣的参照之一。
【Abstract】 To investigate the correlation between seed fuzz amount and fiber quality of sea-island cotton for improving its quality breeding efficiency,218 germplasm resources of sea-island cotton were used as tested materials,through two-year detection of its fiber quality traits,investigation and classification of the fuzz.The difference of fiber quality traits of sea-island cotton among each fuzz grade and correlation between amount of seed fuzz and fiber quality of sea-island cotton were analyzed.Through investigation and statistics,we found that fuzz trait of 218 germplasm resources of sea-island cotton was divided into four grades:grade 1(naked seed),grade 2(terminal fuzz),grade3(sparse fuzz),grade 4(fuzz seed),grade 4had the largest proportion of 46.34%,while grade 1had the smallest proportion of 13.76%,and grade 2,grade 3accounted for 19.72% and 20.18%respectively.Variability and genetic diversity analysis showed that the coefficient of variation(CV)of fuzz trait was 55.28% and the diversity index(H′)was 1.27.The results of variance analysis showed that other fiber quality traits among different grades were improved with fuzz grade(fuzz density)increasing except micronaire,and the difference reached extremely significant(P < 0.01)or significant(P < 0.05)levels,the specific performance was grade 4was better than grade 3,grade 3and 2are better than grade 1,and the difference reached significant or extremely significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01)levels.There was an extremely significant difference in upper half mean length among different grades,the difference of breaking tenacity was extremely significant between grade 3,4and grade 1,2,and the difference was significant between grade 1and grade 2.There was an extremely significant difference in uniformity index between grade 3,4and grade 1,2,and an extremely significant difference in breaking elongation between grade 4and grade 1,2,grade 3and grade 1.Spearman rank correlation coefficients indicated that upper half mean length,breaking tenacity,uniformity index and breaking elongation were significantly and positively correlated(P <0.01)with fuzz grades respectively,while micronaire was significantly and negatively correlated(P < 0.05)with fuzz grades.These results indicate that there was a statistically positive correlation between seed fuzz amount and fiber quality of sea-island cotton(G.barbadense),the seed fuzz amount could be used as a standard for the fiber quality pros and cons of sea-island cotton.
