【摘要】 在北京某医院干部病房楼抗震鉴定设计中,为了真实反映现有建筑结构实际承载力并评定其可靠性,对该建筑进行了抗震措施及抗震承载力的鉴定;明确了B类砌体结构抗震鉴定的步骤、计算方法,并将其应用于该工程中;对不满足抗震鉴定要求的砌体结构,提出了不同的加固方法并进行分析,根据工程的实际情况,将比较合理的加固方法应用于该工程。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the seismic appraisal and design of a hospital cadres ward building in Beijing,in order to reflect actual bearing capacity of existing building structures and to assess its reliability,seismic measures and seismic bearing capacity to the building were appraised.B masonry structure seismic appraisal step,calculation method,and its application in the engineering were explicated.If the masonry structure do not meet seismic appraisal requirements,different strengthening methods were put forward and analyzed.According to the practical situation,the reasonable strengthen method was applied to the engineering.更多还原
