1000t/d高固气比预热预分解系统热力学分析

【摘要】 结合热工标定数据分析了高固气比预热预分解系统的运行特点,建立了高固气比预热预分解系统热力学计算数学模型,分析了不同参数对热力学特性的影响。结果表明:高固气比生产线的操作温度较低,且NOx和SO2的排放量较小;外漏风系数或散热系数增大,都会使预热预分解系统热效率降低;分解炉喂煤比例存在一最佳值,高于或低于此值都不利于其内部热力分布。

【Abstract】 The operating characteristics of the preheating and predecomposition system with high solid-gas ratio were analyzed.The thermodynamics calculation mathematical model has been established and the influences of the different parameters on thermodynamic properties were also investigated.The results showed that the operating temperatures of high solid-gas ratio line were rather low,and NOx and SO2 emissions were also lower.The thermal efficiency of preheating and predecomposition system would be reduced with the outside air leakage coefficient and heat dissipation coefficient increased.There should be an optimized value of the feeding coal ratio of precalciner.It should be unfavorable for the heat distribution of the precalciner if this ratio had been deviated.
