【摘要】 目的:通过总结诊治婴幼儿血管瘤的各种方法,探讨适合婴幼儿血管瘤的个性化治疗方案,为临床医师专科性治疗血管瘤提供帮助。方法:1、选择个性化治疗方案原则:能无创不选有创、能局部不选全身、能简单不选复杂。2、制定方案的方法:1)根据彩超结果将瘤体分为浅表型、包块型。2)参考瘤体的部位、大小、分期(增殖期、消退期)、以及经治医师的治疗经验、对治疗方案掌握的熟练程度、患儿家长的期望值和意愿、患儿的身体状况,综合考虑制定方案。结果:我院整形外科2003年-2013年采用各种方法共治疗婴幼儿血管瘤患儿2995例,其中激光治疗815例,手术治疗1550例,药物注射600例,口服普萘洛尔30例,联合治疗15例,总治愈率为92.8%,取得良好疗效。结论:不同部位、不同大小、不同时期,不同临床表现的血管瘤应采取个性化的治疗方案。尽早诊断、合理干预、抑制增长、促进消退,最好消灭在萌芽状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through summarizing the various methods of treatment of infantile hemangioma and discussing the individualized treatment for infantile hemangioma,to provide assistance to Clinicians for the Specialist treatment of hemangioma.Methods:1.The selection principle of individualized treatment plan:Noninvasive、partly and easily are the first choice.2.The method of developing programs:1)According to the result of ultrasound,tumors can be divided into superficial,bag piece.2)Reference to the tumor’s site,size,stage(breeding period,fading period),and by the attending doctor’s treatment experience,to master the proficiency of treatment,the expectations and will of parents,the patient’s physical condition,,make plan comprehensive consideration Results:Choose 2995 infantile hemangioma patients,who were treated in our Department from 2003 to2013,including 815 patients of laser treatment,1550 patients of operative treatment,600 patients of drug injection,30 patients of oral propranolol,15 patients of combined treatment.The total cure rate was 92.8%and achieved good curative effect.Conclusion;Different parts,sizes,times and clinical manifestations of hemangioma should be taken individualized treatment plan,early diagnosis and proper intervention,inhibit growth,promote subsided,the best is nipped in the bud.更多还原
