【摘要】 目的:对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(简称"水凝胶")注射隆乳后的并发症的治疗方法进行探讨。方法对56例水凝胶注射隆乳术后患者的多种并发症根据具体情况分别采用肿胀稀释负压吸引术,手术切除水凝胶浸润的腺体组织,切开引流间断灌洗术,穿刺抽吸术治疗。结果本组56例患者术后症状均消失,乳腺组织柔软、均匀,辅助检查示无明显可见的水凝胶残留,疗效满意。结论根据患者的具体情况,分别采用以上不同方法处理水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症是切实有效的可行方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of complications of augmentation mammoplasty induced by polyacrylamide hyarogel injection(PAM-HG).Methods In light of concrete situations of 56 cases of complications after augmentation mammoplasty induced by PAM-HG injection,swelling-dilation and negative pressure drainage,removal of gel infiltrated gland tissue,incision-drainage-intermittent irrigation,and puncture aspiration were adopted in treatment.Results In 56 cases of complications,all symptoms disappeared,mammary gland tissue turned to be soft and even.Accessory examination indicated no apparent gelresidues found.The therapeutic effect was satisfactory.Conclusion It is feasible and effective to adopt different managements for complications after augmentation mammoplasty induced by PAM-HG injection in light of concrete situations of individuals.更多还原
