【摘要】 宫颈癌是危害女性健康的第二大恶性肿瘤,化疗在宫颈癌治疗中占据重要位置,但是肿瘤耐药性和肿瘤负荷增加最终导致化疗效果不佳。研究发现,肿瘤放化疗中NF-κB活化可能是肿瘤有效治疗的障碍,以NF-κB为分子标靶探讨其活性调控对肿瘤增殖与凋亡及化疗敏感性的影响是近年研究热点。本文就其在宫颈癌中的研究进展作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cervical cancer is the second cancer to hazard women’s health,chemotherapy occupy an important position in the treatment of cervical cancer,but the tumor drug resistance and increased tumor burden ultimately lead to bad effect.The research find that cancer chemotherapy and radiotherapy in NF-κB activation maybe barriers to effective treatment of tumor.NF-κB as molecular target to discuss its activated regulation on the tumor proliferation and apoptosis and chemosensitivity,which is hotspot in recent years.In this paper,its research progress in cervical cancer are reviewed.更多还原
