前可变面积涵道引射器过渡态特性研究
TRANSIENT ANALYSIS OF THE FRONT VARIABLE AREA BYPASS INJECTOR

【摘要】 针对双外涵变循环发动机(VCE)的前可变面积涵道引射器(FVABI),利用数值模拟的方法,对发动机在飞行包线内某两个特征工作点之间进行模式转换时的过渡态进行了特性研究。对在不同的FVABI位置调节速率和进出口边界条件改变速率条件下的FVABI的流量、总压损失等参数进行了计算和分析。结果表明:在调节过程中,第二外涵入口流量和FVABI出口流量随时间的震荡,震荡的峰谷值随参数调节速率的提高而增大;而第一外涵入口流量变化比较稳定。在调节结束时刻,FVABI的特性参数偏离稳态点参数,随调节速率的增加,偏离度增大,而各参数回到稳态对应点所需的时间也越长。总压损失受调节速度的影响很小,各调节速度下总压恢复系数相差不大。
【Abstract】 Through numerical simulation, this paper research the transient states of FVABI( front variable area bypass injector) between two working point in flight envelope of variable cycle engine(VCE). We calculated and analysed mass flow rate, total pressure loss of FVABI in different adjusting rate and the boundary conditions change rate. The result show that,in the process of regulating, the mass flow rate of the second bypass’ s inlet and FVABI’s outlet shocks over time, the peak-to-valley value of mass flow rate increased with the rate of the parameter adjusting accelerated. And mass flow rate of the first bypass’ s inlet is more stable. At the moments at the end of the adjustment, the characteristic parameters of FVABI still deviate from the parameters of steady state point, with the increase of the regulating speed, the deviation degree increased,the time of the parameters return to steady is longer. Minor effect of adjusting speed on the total pressure loss, total pressure recovery coefficient is almost the same when adjusting mechanism to the same location in different adjustment speed.
