基于并行遗传算法的工业园区环状蒸汽热网运行优化

【摘要】 工业园区蒸汽管网运行工况多变、负荷波动大,为保证到达各热用户处的蒸汽品质,有必要对蒸汽热网的运行方式进行优化。以基于结构机理模型的蒸汽热网在线热工水力计算为核心,通过在环状蒸汽热网中增设调节阀,并采用并行遗传算法在线预测出最优的调节阀开度,实现了优化调节环状蒸汽热网的流动状态。基于上海化学工业区蒸汽热网系统的模拟计算表明:提出的方法能够提高到达热用户的蒸汽品质,提高蒸汽热网的运行技术水平。

【Abstract】 In industrial parks, the working conditions of steam heating networks would be changeable due to the big load fluctuation. In order to guarantee the quality of steam transported to consumers, operation optimization of steam heating networks is necessary. With the online thermal hydraulic calculation based on the structure model of ring-shaped steam heating networks at the core, flow state of steam can be optimized by adding regulating valves and using parallel genetic algorithm to calculate the best valve opening. Simulation of steam heating networks in Shanghai chemical industry park shows that the proposed method can improve the quality of steam transported to heat consumers, thus improve the operation level of steam heating networks.
