【Abstract】 Breakwater overtopping wave energy converter is a new type of wave energy converter. The background and operating principle of breakwater overtopping wave energy converter project was introduced. Take 5.4 MW wave energy installed capacity per kilometer for example; the economic feasibility was analyzed then. Following to that, the economic and social benefits were analyzed emphatically, and the enterprise internal rate of return was got, which provide a reference for the implementation and promotion of project.更多还原
