钢桥主次梁螺栓连接节点可靠性有限元分析

【摘要】 通过对钢桥主次梁连接节点的有限元模拟,研究和探讨了主次梁和连接板相互作用的机理,发现主次梁存在相互挤压及剪切作用,并发生弯曲变形,应力最大值易出现在主梁、连接板及次梁相互交接处,尤其是次梁与连接板接触区域受复杂的应力影响下应力值较大。

【Abstract】 Based on finite element simulation of steel bridge connection between primary and secondary nodes, study and discuss the mechanism of interaction between primary and secondary beam and connecting plate, finding that primary and secondary beam exist mutual extruding and shearing action, and bending deformation and maximum stress is easy to appear in the main girder, connecting plate and beam joint between each other, especially the second beam connection plate under the contact area is affected by the stress of the complex stress value is bigger.
