【Abstract】 Currently,it has been a hotspot problem for decision-maker and group of theoretics to push the harmony development of "Industrialization、urbanization and Agriculture Modernization" in phase.We know that harmony development can not be born immediately,nor accomplish in an action.It can be realized in progression from diagnosticating、adjusting、evaluating and moving in cycles.Therefore,setting up the evaluation system is the precondition to realize "three modernization" harmony development.Using data envelopment analysis and harmony development theory sets up the evaluation system to measure the harmony development of "three modernization" of He Nan province.更多还原
