套筒式双钢内筒烟囱腐蚀的检测加固及有限元分析
STUDY ON THE CORROSION ANALYSIS AND REINFORCEMENT SCHEME OF THE STEEL INNER TUBE OF 210M SLEEVE STYLE CHIMNEY

【摘要】 结合某发电厂210m套筒式烟囱的工程实例,对该套筒式烟囱钢内筒腐蚀后模型进行有限元分析;针对局部腐蚀孔洞应力集中问题,对单个孔洞进行有限元分析;根据计算分析结果提供相应的加固处理方案,并对结构加固方案的有效性进行了验证。
【Abstract】 In combination with the practical engineering,a finite element analysis is carried out for the corrosion of a steel inner tube of sleeve-type chimney; Aiming at the problem of stress concentration near the hole,the finite element analysis of a single hole is carried out to verify the efficiency of reinforcement schemes offered according to the the strees analysis results
