单掺或混掺纤维对不同混凝土的增强效果分析

【摘要】 为了评价不同纤维单掺或混掺方式对不同混凝土的增强效果,对本课题组近年来的研究成果进行统计分析,并以不同强度指标,即抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、轴压比和折压比的增强系数作为评价标准。结果表明,纤维对混凝土虽然均有增强效果,但与纤维掺入方式、混凝土种类和强度等级有关;对不同混凝土或者对同种混凝土但强度等级不同,其增强效果因纤维种类及混掺方式不同而不同;以轻骨料混凝土为例,不论纤维是单掺还是混掺,其对低强度等级的增强效果要优于高强度等级,并且混掺方式要优于单掺方式;同时,对每一种强度指标均有相应的纤维种类及最优掺量。

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the enhanced effects of concrete strength mixed with single or hybrid fiber,it is made statistical analysis to different kinds of fiber reinforced concretes( FRCs) according to our research group’s results in recent years,and taken compressive strength( fcu),axial compressive strength( fc),fc-to-fcuratio,and ffs-to-fcuratio( ffsmeans flexure strength) as appraisal standards. The results show that fiber can heighten strength of concrete,but it is relevant to mixing fiber by different ways,and different kinds of concretes and strength grades. the enhanced effects are different with different kinds of fiber and mixing by different ways to different concretes or same concretes but different strength grades. Taking lightweight concrete( LWC) for an example,the enhanced effects are better to lower strength grades than to higher ones whether fiber is mixed by single or by hybrid. However,they are better when mixed by hybrid than by single,and there are optimum content of fibers and variety of fibers to same strength grade.
