多层约束阻尼结构设计及优化研究

【摘要】 设计了六种约束阻尼结构,采用单点锤击自由振动法,通过分析结构的复合损耗因子、振动加速度级及时域波形,研究了阻尼层数对约束阻尼结构阻尼性能的影响,确定了最佳层数。损耗因子分析结果表明,无阻尼,1、3、7层阻尼的损耗因子分别增加0.054、0.052、0.037,采用3层与7层阻尼层设计时,复合损耗因子均比单层提高了约50%;振动加速度级值研究结果表明,无阻尼、1、3、7层阻尼结构的最大振动加速度级值分别下降15 d B、3 d B、4 d B,采用3层与7层阻尼层的设计时比单层约束阻尼结构振动加速度级值分别下降3 d B、12 d B;时域波形研究结果表明,无阻尼的衰减时间为0.13 s,1、3、7层阻尼的衰减时间均为0.03 s,而采用单层3 mm与7 mm设计时约为0.04~0.05 s,阻尼层数增加对衰减时间影响并不显著。由研究结果可知,阻尼层采用多层布置时阻尼效果要优于单层布置,综合考虑,本文认为最佳层数为3层。

【Abstract】 Six kinds of constraint damping structures are designed,using single point of hammer free vibration method,through the analysis of the compound loss factor,vibration acceleration level and the time domain wave form of the structure,studied the damping layer on the damping property of constrained damping structure and determined the best damping layer of the structure. Results of the loss factor research show that loss factor of structure without damping layer and 1,3,7 layer increased 0. 054,0. 052,0. 037 respectively. while 3,7 damping layer compound loss factor are about 50% higher than that of single layer; results of vibration acceleration level value research show that the maximum vibration acceleration level of structure without damping,1,3,7 layer damping fell 15 d B,3 d B,4 d B,structure using the design of 3 and 7 damping layer decreased 3 d B,12 d B compared to the single damping layer structure; results of the time domain waveform research show that the decay time of the structure without damping layer is 0. 13 s,the decay time of 1,3,7 layer damping is 0. 03 s,and the decay time of structure using single layer 3mm and 7mm design is about 0. 04 ~ 0. 05 s,the increasing of damping layer has no significant impact on the decay time.The results show that damping effect of structure that adopts multi-layer design is superior to single layer structure,considering the economic factors,this paper argues that the best number is 3 layers.
