基于能耗经济性分析的锂电挖掘机液压系统方案

【摘要】 基于能耗经济性分析提出了一种锂电挖掘机液压系统(Li-EEHS),该系统将挖掘机配重改为锂离子动力电池以取代发动机,以青岛重工HW130挖掘机为例计算分析表明该系统方案完全可行,没有采用能量回收措施的Li-EEHS可使液压挖掘机的整机效率从7%提升至17.1%,使用成本从750元/天降至240元/天,大约需要3.3年就可以回收动力电池投入的成本(约50万元)。针对4种典型的Li-EEHS,论述了系统方案和工作特点,进行了典型系统的应用分析。
【Abstract】 Based on economic analysis of energy consumption,A type of Lithium-electric Excavator Hydraulic System(Li-EEHS)was put forward.The system changed excavator counterweight to Li-ion power batteries to replace engine.With Sinotruk Qingdao Heavy Industry HW130 excavator,for example,the computed result of practical example showed that the scheme of the system was entirely feasible.Without energy regeneration Li-EEHS efficiencies rose from 7 to 17.1 percent,the cost of using dropped to about 240 yuan per day from 750 yuan per day.It was about 3.3 year to recover the costs of buying lithium-ion batteries(about 500,000 yuan).Against four typical Li-EEHS,the schemes and working characteristics were discussed.Their typical application fields of the system were given also.
