洗气瓶蒸汽发生装置的蒸汽产生特性与测量

【摘要】 本文采用氮气穿过水浴控温的洗气瓶携带水蒸气的方法达到气流增湿的目的。以温湿度仪所测数据为标准,对FTIR红外光谱仪进行水蒸气浓度标定。然后利用FTIR在线监测气体中水蒸气的浓度以研究该蒸汽产生方法的加湿效果。该方法通过控制水浴温度和气体流量来调节水蒸气的携带量。实验发现,利用气体穿过水浴携带水蒸气的方法不能使气流中水蒸气浓度在对应的温度和压力下达到饱和。而且通过调节水浴温度改变水蒸气的浓度时,需要较长的时间才能达到稳定;通过改变载气流量来调节水蒸气浓度也需要一定的稳定时间。

【Abstract】 In this paper,humidification to the gas flow was realized by nitrogen going through the gas-washing bottle to carry water vapor.The data which was measured by temperature and humidity recorder was used as a reference for calibration of FTIR spectrometer.Then FTIR was used to monitor the concentration of water vapor online to study the effect of humidification from gas-washing bottle.Two factors of the bath temperature and the N2 flow were used to adjust the concentration of water vapor in the gas flow.In the experiment,it was found that the gas flow could not be saturated by gas-washing.And it would take a long time to get a stable concentration when bath temperature was changed.It also needed a certain delay to reach a stable condition after the gas flow being adjusted.
