层燃条件下烟气携带煤焦还原NO的实验研究

【摘要】 随着环保要求的提高,工业锅炉NOx排放问题越发凸显。为探索一种实质有效的工业锅炉脱硝技术,利用管式炉研究制焦停留时间、制焦温度和担载不同催化剂对煤焦-NO反应影响。结果表明,停留时间延长、制焦温度升高都不利于NO的还原;添加不同种类的金属催化剂对煤焦还原NO有不同程度的提高,平均催化活性排序为Fe>Cu>K>Na>Ca>Mg。对于大颗粒煤焦还原NO反应,煤焦本身的性质(包括挥发分含量、孔隙结构和微晶结构)对反应有较大影响。
【Abstract】 With the improvement of environmental requirements,the problem of NOx emission is more serious.To find a real effective way for reduction of NOx emission,research made use of a tube furnace to discuss the effects of residence time,temperature,and different catalysts on char-NO reactions.The results show that extending residence time and improving temperature is not conducive to the reduction of NO;adding different types of metal catalysts can promote the reduction of NO,the average order of the catalytic activity is Fe> Cu> K> Na> Ca> Mg.The char’s characteristics(including volatile content,pore structure and crystalline structure) have a greater influence on reactions for large char.
