柚木与煤共热解固定床实验研究

【摘要】 本文以柚木与李嘴煤炭在固定床中进行共热解实验,考察热解的温度,不同柚木掺混比例对共热解行为的影响。实验结果表明,与理论计算值比较共热解气体产量偏高,固体产量基本吻合,而液体产量偏低。柚木生物质的添加改变了整个热解的气氛,促进了焦油的分解。热解气体成分CO、CO2、CH4、H2出现了非线性的变化,主要由于二次反应的加强以及焦油的分解。
【Abstract】 Co-pyrolysis behaviors of teakwood and Lizui bituminous coal were studied in a fixed bed reactor in this paper.Theeffectof different pyrolysis temperatures and biomass ratios on the co-pyrolysis behaviors were investigated.Under co-pyrolysis conditions,solid yields have matched with the calculated values,the gas yield is higher,meanwhile a lower liquid yields.The addition of teak wood changed the atmosphere during the pyrolysis process and promoted tar decomposition.Product gas composition of primary constituents(CO,CO2,CH4,H2) has a nonlinear change,mainly due to the secondary reactions and tar decomposition.
