生物质热化学催化制取甲烷工艺性能分析
Performance Analysis of Methane Production Process via Biomass Thermo-chemical Conversion

【摘要】 生物质热化学催化制取合成天然气的技术是生物质能应用的重要方向之一。提出了基于串行流化床生物质气化与流化床甲烷化相结合的生物质热化学催化制取甲烷的工艺,建立并验证了该流程的模型。着重研究了气化器的操作参数(气化温度、气化压力、水蒸气与生物质的质量流率之比S/B以及甲烷化反应参数)对整个工艺流程性能指标(即甲烷产率、碳转化率)的影响。研究结果表明:提高气化温度有利于甲烷产率和碳转化率的增大,而提高气化压力,甲烷产率和碳转化率则略有下降;提高S/B有利于提高甲烷产率和碳转化率,且在S/B较大时维持一较大值;增大甲烷化温度有利于甲烷产率的提高,而甲烷化压力过大则带来相反的效果。为获得较高的甲烷产率和碳转化率,适宜的气化温度在750℃左右,S/B值在0.4左右,气化压力则在0.15MPa附近,而甲烷化温度在300℃左右,甲烷化压力则可取在0.3MPa。
【Abstract】 The technology of synthetic natural gas(SNG) production from biomass thermo-chemical conversion(Biomass-to-SNG) is one of the most important applications of biomass energy,and the technology of interconnected fluidized beds are considered suitable for this technology.The simulating model of the SNG production via pressurized interconnected fluidized beds and methanation reactor of fludized beds was established and verified,and then the process was simulated.The effects of the operating conditions of the gasifier,like the gasification temperature,gasification pressure and the steam to biomass ratio(S/B),and the operating conditions of methanation reactor on the methane yield and/or carbon conversion of the whole process were studied.The simulating results showed that higher gasification temperature favored the methane yield and carbon conversion,while higher gasification pressure had a little adverse effect on them.Higher S/B was in favor of the methane yield and carbon conversion,which maintained high when the S/B reached a high value.With the rise of methanation temperature,the methane yield increases.However,too high methanation pressure may cause the methane yield to decline.To achieve higher methane yield and carbon conversion,the suitable gasification temperature is about 750℃,S/B is around 0.4,the gasification pressure may be around 0.15 MPa,and the methanation temperature and pressure may be around 300℃ and 0.3MPa,respectively.
