利用尾矿废石和钢渣制备无熟料早强型C30混凝土
Using the tailings waste rock and steel slag preparation early strength type no clinker C30 concrete

【摘要】 研究利用钢渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏作胶凝材料,北京密云地区铁尾矿废石及废砂作粗细骨料制备无熟料早强型C30混凝土。确定钢渣、矿渣超细粉的最佳粉磨时间,试验得出胶凝材料的最佳配合比。使用SMφ500×500型小型球磨机对钢渣、矿渣、脱硫石膏进行机械粉磨,钢渣比表面积达到630 m2/kg,矿渣比表面积达到580 m2/kg,脱硫石膏粉磨25min。通过胶凝材料配合比的确定实验得出最优配方为:胶凝材料中钢渣粉占28%,矿渣粉占60%,脱硫石膏占12%的配方最优。在标准养护条件下,所制备混凝土试块早期强度较高,力学性能符合C30混凝土的要求。借助XRD和SEM分析了钢渣-矿渣-脱硫石膏基胶凝材料的水化产物,探讨该体系的水化反应机理。该胶凝材料的水化产物主要是水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)、钙矾石(AFt)、二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)、莱粒硅钙石[Ca5(SO4)2(OH)2]。体系的水化过程主要经历了钢渣及矿渣的解体、水化产物的形成和生长、水化产物与未水化产物的凝聚和硬化三个阶段。
【Abstract】 Research and utilization of steel slag,Blast-furnace slag,desulfurization gypsum cementing materials,Beijing Miyun area iron tailings waste rock and the used sand thickness no clinker aggregate preparation of C30 concrete early strength type.Determine the best grinding steel slag,Blast-furnace slag superfine powder,experiment the optimum mixture ratio of cementing materials.Using SMφ500×500 small ball mill for steel slag,Blast-furnace slag,desulfurization gypsum mechanical grinding,specific surface area of630 m2/kg steel slag,Blast-furnace slag specific surface area of 580 m2/kg,desulfurization gypsum powder grinding 25 min.The optimal formulation was obtained by the determination of the mixing ratio of cementitious materials.Gelled material of steel slag powder 28%,slag powder 60%,desulfurization gypsum accounted for12%.Under the standard curing condition,the preparation of the mechanical properties of concrete block meets the requirement of C30 concrete.By means of XRD and SEM analysis of the steel slag- Blast-furnace slag- desulfurization gypsum cementing material of hydration products and hydration reaction mechanism of the system are discussed.Main hydration products of the cementing materials are calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H),ettringite(AFt),dihydrate gypsum(CaSO4·2H2O),lai rankinite[Ca5(SO4)2(OH)2].System mainly through the hydration process of steel slag and Blast-furnace slag,the collapse of the formation and growth of hydration products and hydration products and hydration products of condensation and hardening stages.
