基于IR的植物胶冲洗液交联官能团分析

【摘要】 在工程地质勘察中常将植物胶作为冲洗液用以提高防塌和护心等作用。但植物胶的交联不仅直接影响冲洗液的黏度特性而且对改善冲洗液流变性能有重要作用。本文采用红外光谱分析方法,通过研究植物胶交联体系的官能团反应,得出植物胶冲洗液交联反应的交联官能团是半乳甘露聚糖分子半乳糖支链上的羟基,该结果对进一步研究植物胶交联机理和植物胶交联程度的控制有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In the engineering geological investigation,to improve the anti-sloughing and protect the core,the flushing fluid is prepared with the vegetable gelatin.The crosslinking of the vegetable gelatin not only affects the viscosity properties of flushing fluid directly,but also improves the rheological properties.In this article,the functional group reaction of vegetable gelatin crosslinking system was studied by infrared spectrum analysis,from which we know that the crosslinking functional groups is thehydroxyl of galactose which is a branched chain on the galactomannanmolecules.This results will be helpful for the further study of cross-linking mechanism and the control of crosslinking degree.
