柔壁渗透仪的开发与应用
Development and Application of Flexible Wall Permeameter

【摘要】 针对防渗浆材结石体或防渗工程固结体渗透性的测试及其对污染物阻滞性能测试的需要,研制了一种围压密封的柔壁渗透仪,并获得多项国家专利。采用不同类型的浆材结石体试样和土样,通过与南-55型变水头渗透仪的对比试验,以及在不同渗透压力和不同试样高度条件下的渗透系数测定,证明该柔壁渗透仪对制样要求不高、侧壁密封可靠、测试误差<1.0×10-ncm/s,精度满足规范要求,并成功地用于垃圾填埋场防渗浆材的研制和基坑工程的防渗效果测试。
【Abstract】 A patented flexible wall permeatmeter that is sealed by the confining pressure has been develop to test the permeability of concreted slurry and its inhibition of pollutants.Samples of different slurries and soil samples are tested,and the results are compared with those tested by NAN- 55 variable water head permeatmeter,proving that the flexible wall permeatmeter is not strict on sample preparatio,and provides reliable side sealing of the sample with the test error less than1.0 × 10-n cms up to the specification.The permeatmeter has been successfully used to develop the anti-seepage slurry for landfill and evaluate the antiseepage effect of foundation pits.
