对不同织物熨烫温度和蒸汽量的探索研究

【摘要】 温度、蒸汽量等熨烫参数是使蒸汽熨烫衣物达到除皱、塑形熨烫效果的重要因素,安全的熨烫温度可以保证熨烫时衣物不损伤或减少损伤,合适的熨烫蒸汽量有助于提高熨烫效率。本文选取了5种常见的未经抗皱整理的机织物,经过相同的洗涤程序预处理之后,在不同的温度条件下熨烫,测试其断裂强力、变色牢度和沾色牢度;在0~200g/min不同的蒸汽量水平下熨烫,测试织物的烫后平整度,找到对烫后平整度影响较大的蒸汽量区间。实验结果表明:棉和麻织物的安全熨烫温度为175℃以下;棉涤、丝和毛织物的安全熨烫温度为150℃以下。对棉、麻、棉涤织物烫后平整度影响较大的蒸汽量区间为0~200g/min,对丝和毛织物烫后平整度影响较大的蒸汽量区间为0~50g/min。

【Abstract】 The temperature,the volume of steam and other ironing parameters play important roles in the process of steam ironing to eliminate the wrinkles and hold the silhouette of clothes.Safe ironing temperature can ensure the security of clothes during ironing.A suitable volume of steam can help improve ironing efficiency.Five kinds of common woven fabrics without crease resistant finishing are selected and ironed at different temperature conditions respectively after washing under the same procedures,and then measure their bending stiffness,color fastness and staining fastness.The fabrics are ironed at different volume of steam levels between 0 g/min to 200g/min,and then their smoothness appearance after ironing are measured to find the appropriate ranges of the volume of steam.The results show that the safe ironing temperatures of cotton and linen fabrics are below 175 ℃.And the safe ironing temperatures of cotton-polyester,silk and wool fabrics are below 150 ℃.The cotton,linen,and cotton-polyester fabrics’ appropriate ranges of the volume of steam which the fabrics’ smoothness appearance after ironing changed a lot are 0- 200g/min.The silk and wool fabrics’ appropriate ranges of the volume of steam are 0- 50g/min.
