【摘要】 结合相似理论和干衣机内织物烘干的自身属性,详细分析了相似理论应用于干衣机内织物烘干研究的可行性,并借助量纲分析方法,着重阐述了织物烘干中的相似规律,并用实验加以验证。结果显示:正确使用该理论,既可减少试验次数和实验时间,也可提高实验结果的通用性,进而实现了用少量实验,掌握干衣机内织物烘干现象内在规律目的,并为干衣机产品研发和程序优化提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combined with similarity theory and attributes of fabric drying within the dryer,the feasibility that the similarity theory is used to a study of material drying within dryer,are analyzed in detail.Meanwhile,with the help of the dimension analysis method,focuses on similar rules of the fabric drying,and verified by experiments.The results showed that correct use this theory can reduce the number of experiments and experimental time,also can improve the versatility of the experimental results,so as to realize objective that the use of a few experiments,master inherent law of dryer fabric drying phenomenon,as well as,provide reference for development and process optimization of dryer product.更多还原
