深水爆炸压力筒试验技术研究

【摘要】 通过压力筒开展深水爆炸模拟试验是一种经济、有效的研究手段,具有广阔的应用前景。但与实际深水环境的宽阔水域不同,压力筒内的水域为有限水域,边界的存在可能会对试验结果产生影响。为了获得在压力筒内开展深水爆炸试验的条件,本文开展了不同药量、不同加压条件下的压力筒内水下爆炸试验,并基于试验结果对水下爆炸过程进行了数值模拟。获得了冲击波在筒内的演化发展过程,探明了筒内不同位置的冲击波载荷特性,并得到了筒内壁面反射波峰值的经验公式;同时揭示了壁面反射波导致气泡脉动特性改变的机理,分析了壁面反射、加压气腔体积等参数对气泡脉动特性的影响。而后着重对比分析了压力筒内试验与开阔水域试验结果的差异,并给出了压力筒开展深水爆炸试验的条件。最后对深水爆炸压力筒在装药能量输出试验、结构深水爆炸毁伤试验方面的潜在应用进行了简单介绍。
【Abstract】 It is an economical and effective trial method for simulating deepwater explosion in high pressure explosion test tank.However,the test environment is different with free field water area due to the influence of multiple reflected shock waves induced by limited water boundary,which affects the use of pressure tank.Toobtain proper trial condition in the pressure explosion test tank,a series of the underwater explosion experiments and FEM models with different charge and initial environment pressure were conducted.A variety of phenomena were observed in the internal fluid field.The pressure verse time curves,obtained by pressure sensors,include the characteristics of direct shock wave,reflected waves focusing as well as bubble load.The evolution of shock wave in the pressure tank spherical was showed in detail.The variation of the shock waves at different locations and the bubble impulse were discussed.Thenthe difference of the load and the responses of a test item between the in-tank test and the free field testwere analyzed.Finally,the use of high pressure explosion test tank for explosion and structure damage in deep water were introduced.
