球墨铸铁冶金物化特性炉前评价与动态调控方法

【摘要】 球化剂添加量的精确计算和最终铁水凝固特性的冶金调整是球墨铸铁生产炉前控制的关键。本文在深入分析原铁水球化孕育冶金物化特性的基础上,设计了一种热分析-共晶膨胀双物理特征参数检测方法,与热分析、氧硫活性检测联合构成球墨铸铁全程冶金物化特性动态调控系统的检测单元。搭建了由原铁水冶金物化特性动态调控、球化处理与效果调控、孕育处理与效果调控以及铁水球化孕育最终微调四个子系统构成的球墨铸铁熔炼过程动态调控系统,实验室条件下模拟运行结果证明了动态调控系统的可行性。
【Abstract】 Precise calculation for adding amount of nodularizer and metallurgical adjustment for solidification characteristics of final molten iron are two key steps during the ductile iron production.In this paper,a novel experimental method was designed for combined testing double physical characteristic parameters of thermal curve-eutectic expansion linear displacement curve,jointing with normal thermal analysis,oxygen and sulfur activity detection to construct the detection unit of the measurement and control system of the entire production process for ductile iron.A dynamic experiment system of smelting process adjustment and control for ductile iron was established,including dynamic adjustment and control of metallurgy physicochemical properties for base iron,nodularization and effectiveness adjustment and control,inoculation and effectiveness adjustment and control as well as final fine tuning nodularizaiton and inoculation effectiveness.Through laboratory simulation experiments,it shown that the dynamic control system was feasible.
