定压式水润滑动静压轴承的静态性能研究

【摘要】 本文是以海淡水表面织构水润滑动静压混合推力轴承为研究对象,建立轴承的三维数学模型,在定压供给情况下,以其中的一对置阶梯腔支承系统的初始状态方程,工作状态方程为基础,推导出小孔节流供油式推力轴承系统的承载力方程;对置支承腔的承载能力、静刚度及总功率损失等静态性能指标的数学表达式并进行分析,对供给流量、系统泵压、浅腔深度、薄膜厚度、轴承转速等参数对轴承静态指标的影响进行定性分析对比,从而得出在定压供油方式下,承载能力、静刚度、功率损失随系统泵压、浅腔深度、薄膜厚度的影响。
【Abstract】 The article focuses on a thrust bearing with freshwater and marine surface tecter of Water-lubricated Hybrid, and established three dimensional mathematical model of the bearing.Under the constant water pressure supply,Through one of the contraposition ladder-cavity supporting systems, initial and working state equation, derived the carrying capacity of the thrust bearing with oil-supply of orifices throttling;The mathematical expressions of the carrying capacity、the static rigidity、the total power loss and so on,of the contraposition cavity,s static performance indice for analysis.Analysis the parameters of flow supply、pumping system、the depth of shallow cavities、the film thickness、the rotational speed of bearing,do some qualitative analysis of the affect of the bearing,s static indexes.And conclude that under the constant water pressure supply,the affect of the carrying capacity、the static rigidity and the total power loss followed by the pumping system、the depth of shallow cavities and the film thickness.
