气动控制系统中长配管的建模及特性解析

【摘要】 为了解决气动阀门定位器系统中由于长配管的延迟衰减特性而引起的控制延迟、稳定性差等问题,引进了分段建模和极限的思想,在基本科学理论的基础上,建立了配管中的压强-流量偏微分方程组,并使用MATLAB软件仿真计算出长配管中的气动信号数据,分析了长配管的静态流量特性和动态压力特性。进行了相关的长配管特性实验,将仿真结果和实验结果进行分析比较。针对长配管动态压力特性对控制系统的影响,进一步建立了长配管的三阶加纯滞后模型,为将长配管模型纳入到设计系统控制器及补偿等环节的考虑之中奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of the control delay and poor stability occur in pneumatic system, which are caused by long pipes, this paper brings in the idea of segmentation and limit, and builds the partial differential equations of pressure and flow on the base of classical scientific theory. And then the data of pneumatic signal in long pipes are worked out by MATLAB for the analysis of its static and dynamic characteristics. Related experiments were conducted and the results were analyzed and compared. In light of the bad inf luence caused by its dynamic characteristic, a three-order model with delay of long pipes is built by system identif ication, which will help to apply the model of long pipes to the design of the controller and compensation.
