带轴控制功能的电液比例阀放大器研究

【摘要】 针对电液比例阀控缸位置控制系统的发展需求,提出了一种带轴控制功能的数字式比例阀放大器。搭建了以ARM7控制器为核心的放大器硬件系统,并开发配套软件系统。通过软件编程实现信号处理过程,并设计了三个闭环PID控制器实现对液压缸位移的闭环控制。最后,利用电液比例阀控缸位置控制实验平台对放大器进行性能测试。测试结果表明,液压缸位移闭环正弦信号响应速度快,活塞位移跟踪效果良好,该放大器具有可靠性高、灵活性好、经济性优良等特点。

【Abstract】 Focus on the development requirement of electra-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled cylinder position servo system, a digital proportional valve amplifier with shaft control function is presented. Hardware system of proportional amplifier based on ARM7 controller is set up, and the software system is developed. Signal processing process is realized through software programming, and three closed loop PID controllers are designed to control the displacement of hydraulic cylinder piston. Finally, the performance of the amplifier is tested on electra-hydraulic proportional valve controlled cylinder position servo experiment rig. The results indicate that the sinusoidal signal response of the hydraulic cylinder displacement is fast enough, and the piston displacement is well tracking. This proportional amplifier has the characteristics of high reliability, good flexibility and good economy property.
