液力缓速器全充液状态下本征正交基影响因素研究

【摘要】 本文以瞬态数值仿真结果为瞬像(snapshots)集合,对液力缓速器内部流场进行本征正交分解,并对影响流场本征正交基的因素进行分析研究。为此,以全充液状态下液力缓速器定轮交互面上流场为对象,分别获取速度与压力本征正交基。从本征正交基能量、重构误差以及三维流动特性三个角度,对影响本征正交基的内部因素(瞬像集合的选择、瞬像的采样频率)与外部因素(液力缓速器动轮转速)进行研究。研究结果表明,瞬像集合的选择与采样频率对本征正交基的精确性影响较大,而液力缓速器动轮转速对速度场与压力场的本征正交基影响较小。
【Abstract】 This paper mainly investigates the factors influencing the Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD) basis functions created by the method of snapshots. For this purpose, both the velocity and pressure on the interaction surface of hydrodynamic retarder working in the full-filled conditions are treated as object to study. According to the working conditions of the hydrodynamic retarder, the internal and external factors are discussed one by one in the paper. The energy occupied by the POD basis functions are used to weight the impact caused by the factors at first. Meanwhile, the error of reconstruction by POD basis functions is shown to analyze the effect of different factors quantitatively. At last, the feature of the POD basis functions is shown separately. After the analysis of the result, it can be concluded that both the spiting of snapshots database and the frequency of sampling snapshots have a significant effect on POD basis functions while the features of POD basis functions are immune to the speed of the rotor.
