轴向柱塞泵柱塞腔压力及其对柱塞微运动的影响

【摘要】 轴向柱塞泵以其高压、高效率等优点广泛应用于工程机械、加工工业和航空航天等领域中。轴向柱塞泵向着高速高压化发展,使得轴向柱塞泵的关键摩擦副仿真成为国内外研究的热点。柱塞腔内压力与轴向柱塞泵内柱塞副、滑靴副和配流副的润滑状态息息相关。本文计算得到了基于压力建立方程和节流口流量公式的柱塞腔内动态压力曲线。通过柱塞副油膜离散化处理,并求解雷诺(Reynolds)方程和柱塞动力学平衡方程,获得了柱塞轴心呈周期性变化的微运动轨迹。仿真结果表明,柱塞腔内压力等级和突变状态对于柱塞微运动具有很大影响。本论文可以为柱塞泵动态压力和柱塞副油膜参数优化设计提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 Axial piston pump is widely used in engineering machinery, processing industry and aerospace industry for its advantages such as high pressure and high efficiency. With the increasing of working pressure and speed of axial piston pump, more research work focus on the friction pair simulation at home and abroad. The dynamic pressure in piston chamber has great impact on lubrication condition of piston/cylinder interface, valve plate/cylinder interface and swash plate/slipper interface. In this paper, the dynamic pressure is calculated with the pressure formula equation and throttle flow equation. Reynolds equation and piston dynamic equilibrium equation are solved on the meshed piston/cylinder oil film. And the periodic micro motion trajectory of piston is obtained. Simulation results show that the dynamic pressure is piston chamber has great influence on the micro motion of piston. The research work shown in this paper could provide theoretical support to the optimal design of piston/cylinder oil film.
