阻尼参数对PSD型负载敏感比例多路阀性能影响的研究

【摘要】 针对国内某公司生产的负载敏感比例多路阀在研制过程中出现的流量滞环大,换向冲击,压力冲击等现象,通过建立多路阀的数学模型,进行动态仿真和实验测试,对多路阀控制腔阻尼孔对阀特性的影响进行了深入的研究。研究结果表明合理的选择阻尼参数对提高多路阀的稳定性,减小压力超调量,优化响应时间具有一定的实用意义。
【Abstract】 According to the phenomena on hysteresis large, reversing the impact and the pressure shock that appeared in the production process of a domestic company’s multi-way load sensing proportional valve, the effect of the damping orifice in the control chamber on characters of the multi-way valve is in-depth researched through to establish multi-way valve mathematical model and carry out the dynamic simulation and testing. The research results show that a reasonable choice for the damping parameters can improve the stability of the multi-way valve, reduce the pressure overshoot, and optimize the response time and have some practical value.
