铝合金消失模铸造孔缺陷及其防治措施
Lost Foam Casting Porosity of Aluminum Alloy and its Prevention Measures

【摘要】 消失模铸造铝合金工业化程度还不是很高,其中一个原因就是消失模铸铝件的孔隙率大,缩孔、气孔,特别是针孔严重,影响了铝合金消失模的应用与发展。重点总结了浇注温度、精炼、涂料、真空度、模样密度、浇注系统、变质处理工艺因素对消失模铸铝件孔隙率影响的研究成果及防治措施。
【Abstract】 The industrialization degree of aluminum alloy in lost foam casting is still not very high, the one of reasons is that shrinkage and porosity lost foam casting of aluminum alloy is serious, in particular pinhole, which has impacts on the development and application of lost foam casting of aluminum alloy. The paper summarized specially the pouring temperature,refining, coating, vacuum degree, pattern density, injection system and modification process factors on research situation of lost foam casting aluminum alloy porosity and prevention measures.
