【摘要】 目的:探讨人文关怀护理在老年艾滋病患者中的实施效果。方法:在河南某艾滋病高发县医院,将艾滋病患者204例,随机分为关怀组和对照组各102例。关怀组患者在住院过程中,均在常规护理的基础上给予人文关怀护理;对照组患者仅给予艾滋病常规护理。结果:通过实施一系列人文护理,患者健康教育接受程度、治疗配合度、服药的依从性、护理工作的满意度等方面关怀组均优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05),患者的心理方面:焦虑、自卑、恐惧、绝望,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年AIDS患者中实施人文关怀护理,可以有效提高患者对护理工作的配合度、满意率、服药依从性,提高艾滋病的心理状态,对于老年患者的治疗和生活有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the results of the humane care implementation of elderly patients with AIDS care.Method: In a high incidence of AIDS in Henancounty hospital, 204 cases of AIDS patients were randomly divided into the care and control groups with the number of were given Humanistic care besides AIDS conventional nursing care; AIDS control group only received conventional nursing care. Results: Through the implementation of a series of humanistic care,the caring group patients’ acceptance of health education, medication compliance, nursing satisfaction caring group is better than the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05).Meanwhile,the psychologicalaspectsof patients: anxiety,lowself-esteem,fear,despair,the difference was significant(P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of Humanistic care in elderly AIDS patients can effectively improve patient degree of satisfaction, medication adherence and the psychological state of AIDS.It is important for elderly patients’ treatment and life.更多还原
