化浊解毒、健脾益气法对艾滋病前期患者的临床研究

【摘要】 目的观察中医化浊解毒、健脾益气法对艾滋病前期免疫功能的影响。方法对经CDC确认的艾滋病前期患者29例,给予化浊解毒、健脾益气法治疗24个月,治疗前后主要观察患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,症状体征总积分及卡氏积分变化。结果疗前患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数为311.700±50.912,疗后6个月、12个月、18个月、24个月分别为352.300±85.063,p=0.112、380.950±149.648,p=0.042、354.000±133.359,p=0.417、388.069±181.311,p=0.503,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数有所增加,疗后12个月时有显著性意义。结论说明化浊解毒、健脾益气法对患者的免疫功能有一定稳定和恢复作用,应进一步探索观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the methods of huazhuojiedu and jianpiyiqi to the influence of AIDS immune function. Method Twenty pre-AIDS patients were selceted, these patients have been confirmde by The CPC, these patients were given the treatment of huazhuojiedu and jianpiyiqi for 24 months to observe the patients’ CD4+Tcell count, total symptom scores and change of karnofskyscore before and after treatment. Restults Before treatment, the patients’ CD4+Tcount was 311.700 ± 50.912. After 6 months therapy, the CD4+T count was 352.300 ± 85.063(p=0.112). After 12 months therapy, the CD4+T count was 380.950 ± 149.648(p=0.042).After 18 months therapy, the CD4+T count was 354.000 ± 133.359(p=0.417). After 24 months therapy, the CD4+T count was 388.069±181.311(p=0.503). The lymphocyte count increases. After 12 months, it had marked significance. Conclusion The therapy by huazhuojiedu and jianpiyiqi could increase the patients immunity and make it stable, The further application should be observed.更多还原
