橡胶籽油在獭兔皮半油鞣中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文研究了预活化橡胶籽油鞣制獭兔皮工艺技术,探究了獭兔皮半油鞣的工艺参数。结果表明:以脂肪醛FB预鞣,再用活化橡胶籽油与加脂剂ON 1:2(质量比)复配物,每张皮用量为10g,进行油鞣,可获得良好的皮板柔软性和手感,但油脂复配物若与毛接触,则会引起毛泛黄。
【Abstract】 This paper studied on rex rabbit skin tanning processing which tanned with pre-activated rubber seed oil, and explored the processing parameters. The results showed that the rex rabbit skin pretanned with Aliphatic Aldehyde and the mass ratio of oxidized rubber seed oil and fatliquor up to 1:2 can obtained good properties with the dosage of 10 g/sheet. The semi-oil tanned rabbit skin has good properties in softness and feeling, while the oil compound contact with fur will cause hair yellowing.
