日粮不同处理对绒山羊的营养物质消化代谢的影响

【摘要】 选择27只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管和十二指肠瘘管的内蒙古白绒山羊半同胞羯羊,按体重随机分为3组:低氮组(CP:10.5%)、低氮+NCG组和高氮组(CP:13.5%)。通过研究比较不同蛋白水平日粮对瘤胃模型降解参数及过瘤胃淀粉量的影响。结果表明:淀粉的摄入量随着日粮中蛋白水平的降低而增加,且低氮组和低氮+NCG组全消化道的淀粉消化率显著高于中氮组;并根据王玲,任莹、韩非等测定的过瘤胃葡萄糖量来进行计算该3种日粮的过瘤胃葡萄糖量,确定十二指肠葡萄糖的灌注量为0、20和40g/d。进一步研究不同日粮蛋白水平和葡萄糖水平下添加NCG对绒山羊的营养物质消化代谢规律的影响。结果表明:随着日粮中蛋白水平的降低,全消化道淀粉的表观消化率增加。在同一蛋白水平下,增加绒山羊过瘤胃葡萄糖及添加NCG与否对DMD、NDFD和淀粉的表观消化率无显著影响。

【Abstract】 Twenty-seven Inner Mongolia white cashmere goats with permanent rumen fistula and duodenal cannulas were randomly divided into three groups in each on the basis of body weight. The three groups as follows: low nitrogen group(CP:10.5%),low nitrogen +NCG group(CP:10.5%) and medium nitrogen group(CP:13.5%). The effects of different protein levels on the degradation parameters of rumen and quantities of rumen starch were studied. The results showed that: With decreasing addition of protein, the intake of dietary starch were increased, and the total tract starch digestibility of low nitrogen and low nitrogen + NCG group were significantly higher than medium nitrogen group. According the results of Wang Ling, Ren Ying and Han Fei, the glucose content infused in duodenum of goats were determined by 0, 20 and 40g/d. The effects of dietary protein levels and glucose levels with addition of NCG on the digestive and metabolism of the cashmere goats were assessed. Further results showed that: The apparent digestibility of total digestive tract increased with the decrease of protein level in diet protein.. At the same protein level, increasing the rumen glucose and the addition of NCG had no significant effect on the digestibility of DMD, NDFD and SD.
