中国美利奴羊(新疆型)羊毛纤维直径与鉴定性状的相关分析

【摘要】 本文旨在分析中国美利奴羊(新疆型)羊毛纤维直径与鉴定性状之间的相关关系,为有效指导提高细毛羊的生产性能提供科学依据。首先运用纤维细度测量仪对1 380只个体的毛样进行羊毛纤维直径等测定;然后采用SAS9.1软件分析年份、年龄及其互作效应对中国美利奴羊(新疆型)各毛性状的影响,进而明确各性状间的相关关系。结果表明:除了剪毛量和鉴定时体重外,年份、年龄及其互作效应对中国美利奴羊(新疆型)平均纤维直径、变异系数、自然长度、弯曲数、油汗、光泽、剪毛后体重等性状呈现不同程度的显著影响(P<0.05);羊毛平均纤维直径与其变异系数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与羊毛自然长度、体格大小、产毛量、剪毛后体重、鉴定时体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与光泽之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与弯曲数和油汗之间虽然没有显著相关(P>0.05),但是随着纤维直径变小,羊毛弯曲数有增加趋势;因此,明确羊毛纤维直径与鉴定性状的相关关系以及各主观鉴定性状与客观测定性状协同选育的必要性,可望为中国美利奴羊(新疆型)羊毛品质评定以及优良种畜选留工作提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to analyze the correlation between the wool mean fiber diameter and identification traits to provide scientific basis for improving production performance in Chinese Merino Sheep(Xinjiang type). Firstly, the fiber fineness instrument was used to measure the mean fiber diameter indicators for 1 380 sheep and then analyze the effect of Year, Age and interaction effects in Chinese Merino Sheep(Xinjiang type) of wool traits by using SAS9.1 software, and then result in ensuring the correlationship among the investigated traits. The results presented that except yield(YIELD, kg) and body weight while weighted assessment(BWA, kg), the year, age and their interaction effect had varing degrees of significant effect on most wool traits including mean fiber diameter(MFD,μm), diameter variable coefficient(DVC, %), staple length(SL, cm), crimp number(CN), oil(OIL), luster(LUST) and postshearing weight(BWB, kg)(P<0.05). The correlation between MFD and DVC was highly significant negative(P<0.01), and SL, body size(BS), YIELD, BWA, BWB was highly significant positive(P<0.01), and LUST was significant positive(P<0.01), while the thinner mean fiber diameter, the more crimp number though there was no significant correlationship between MFD and CN as well as OIL(P>0.05). Therefore, it is helpful for breeding improvement of fine wool sheep to make sure the correlationship between the wool of mean fiber diameter and identification traits and explicit the necessity of subjective and objective cooperative to improve task for wool quality assessment and breeding stock selection in Chinese Merino Sheep(Xinjiang type).
