【摘要】 本文采用了温室盆栽法评价了百草枯对刺萼龙葵的防除效果,并在野外对其实际防除效果进行了验证。盆栽毒力测定结果表明:百草枯对刺萼龙葵EC₉₀为264.04 g a.i./hm²。田间药效结果表明:百草枯260、430、600 g a.i./hm²药后30 d对刺萼龙葵的株防效分别为53.55%、59.83%和88.4%,鲜重防效分别为81.24%、86.53%和93.62%,对刺萼龙葵起到了较好的控制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the control effect of paraquat against buffalobur,and test and verify the actual control effect in the field.The results of indoor experiments showed the EC₉₀ of paraquat was264.04 g a.i./hm².The results of field experiments showed the strain control effect of paraquat at the dosage of 260 g a.i./hm²,430 g a.i./hm²、600 g a.i./hm² can get 53.55%,59.83%and 88.4%,and the fresh weight control effect was 81.24%,86.53%and 93.62%at 30 d after treatment.Paraquat could control the buffaloburs effectively.更多还原
