【摘要】 用气相色谱质谱联用仪器对假臭草乙醇提取物进行定性定量分析。从假臭草全株提取物中鉴定出组分40种,其中倍半萜类成分含量最高,占总成分的34.37%,包括大根香叶烯-D、反式-丁香烯、α-葎草烯、紫穗槐烯、δ-榄香烯、β-榄香烯、雪松烯、δ-杜松烯、1(5),6-愈创木二烯、β-蛇床烯;其次是酮类成分含量,占总成分的26.25%,分别为5-甲氧基-2-戊酮、6-十二酮、3-羟基-3-甲基-2-庚酮:醇类14种,占总成分的24.91%,为2,4-二甲基-3-戊醇、3-辛醇、1,3-二甲基-环戊醇、2,4-二甲基-3-己醇、2-丙烷基-1-庚醇、2,4-二甲基-1-癸醇、2-己基正癸醇、2-乙基正癸醇、2-丁基-1-辛醇、香榧醇、2-甲基斯巴醇、2-辛基十二烷醇、α-杜松醇。另烷8种,占总成分的12.34%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical components of Alcohol Extract from Praxelis clematidea were analyzed by GC/MS.Forty compounds were identified.Sesquiterpenes were major components,with relative amount of 34.37%,including GERMACRENE-D,trans-Caryophyllene,α-Humulene,α-Amorphene,δ-Elemene,β-elemene,Cedrene,delta-Cadinene,1(5),6-Guaiadiene,β-Selinene.There were three types of ketone,which relative amount of 26.25%,including 2-Pentanone,5-methoxy-3-Pentanol,2,4-dimethyl-2-Heptanone,3-hydroxy-3-methyl-.Fourteen types of alcohol relative amount of 24.91%,including 3-Pentanol,2,4-dimethyl-3-Octanol,1,3-Dimethyl cyclopentanol,3-Hexanol,2,4-dimethyl-,1-Heptanol,2-propyl-1-Decene,2,4-dimethyl-1-Decanol,2-ethyl-1-Decanol,2-hexyl-,1-Octanol,2-butyl-,Torreyol,Heptadecane,2-methyl-,2-Octyldodecan-1-ol,α-Cadinol.In addition there were eight types of alkyl in the extract,amount of 12.34%.更多还原
