豆磺隆对甜菜敏感性的研究

【摘要】 利用我室已经筛选的耐豆磺隆甜菜品系,研究土壤中豆磺隆动态变化对其生物性状及敏感性的影响。表明:耐豆磺隆甜菜品系在土壤中豆磺隆用量为1.5ga.i./hm~2以下时,经过一年降解对次年耐豆磺隆甜菜品系生产不会造成危害,但对敏感甜菜生产则危害严重;土壤中豆磺隆用量为0.5ga.i./hm~2时对耐性甜菜品系生长无明显抑制作用。以7.5 ga.i./hm~2豆磺隆茎叶处理后3天,耐性甜菜品系叶绿素含量开始增加,并且在短时间内恢复至正常水平,叶片鲜重虽然受到一定抑制,但6天后开始恢复生长,根系则保持持续增重。土壤中豆磺隆施用量0.5 ga.i./hm~2-1.0ga.i./hm~2时,耐性甜菜品系NE02-1根系活力降幅较小,叶绿素含量呈增加趋势。

【Abstract】 Using tolerant sugarbeet to chlorimuron-ethyl which has been selected in our laboratory and studies on effects of biological character and sensitivity by soil chlorimuron-etyl change.The results shows that the tolerant sugarbeet variety growth was unaffected after a year when soil chlorimuron-ethyl was underl.5ga.i./hm~2,but the sensitive variety was damaged seriously.There was no obvious effects on tolerant sugarbeet when soil chlorimuron-ethyl was 0.5ga.i./hm~2.while 7.5ga.i./hm~2chlorimuron-ethyl was sprayed on the leaf of tolerant sugarbeet,its growth can recover normally after several days.Root activity of tolerant variety was slightly decreased when soil chlorimuron-ethyl was 0.5ga.i./hm~2-1.0 ga.i./hm~2.Chlorophll content showed increasing trend and made the tolerant variety had higher photosynthesis ability.Three days after spraying chlorimuron-ethyl,chlorophll content of the tolerant sugarbeet was increased and recovered formal level in short time.The root activity slightly decreased and recovered formal growth after 6 days.
