除草剂Bispyribenzoxim的除草效果及其作用机理研究
STUDIES ON EFFECT AND THE MECHANISM OF BISPYRIBENZOXIM

【摘要】 霹黯克(Bispyribenzoxim)是韩国开发成功的第一代新型除草剂。研究结果表明,除了莎草科的多年生水莎草以外,水稗等其他不同科的四种杂草均对霹黯克表现为敏感性,说明霹黯克是广谱性除草剂。稻田适宜剂量推荐为30g ai/ha。经采用in vitro分析方法,测定霹黯克对杂草体内ALS活性抑制效果表明,抑制水稗和水莎草ALS活性50%(ID50)的霹黯克剂量分别为4×10-7M和5×10-7M。
【Abstract】 The study was evaluation and investigation to the effect and mechanism of new type rice herbicide of bispyribenzoxim.Different responses were observed among weed species to the bispyribenzoxim.Cyperusserotinus R.was insensitive to the bispyibenzoxim treated.But other weeds including four species showed the sensitivity to the bispyribenzoxim treated.The results suggested that bispyribenzoxim was wide spectrum herbicide in paddy field.The applied dose in paddy of rational utilization of bispyribenzoxim was recommended for 30 g ai/ha.ID50 value(concentration required for 50%inhibition of ALS activity)of bispyribenzoxim on the activity of ALS in Echinochloa cms- galli L.and Cyperus serotinus R.in vitro was recorded at 4 × 10-7 M and 5 × 10-7 M,respectively.
