乙草胺对玉米药害的研究

【摘要】 室内盆栽与田间试验研究了乙草胺、乙阿合剂与阿特拉津+甲草胺播后苗前施用对玉米生长与产量的影响。温室试验结果表明:乙草胺100ml/亩以及乙阿合剂150~300ml/亩的剂量对玉米生长有显著的影响,阿特拉津+甲草胺对玉米的生长没有影响;出苗时遇5mm降水显著加重了乙草胺及其混剂对玉米幼苗的药害;安全剂萘二甲酸酐(Naphthalic Anhydride,NA)拌种显著减轻了乙草胺对玉米的药害;玉米幼苗子叶面积可以作为观察乙草胺及其混剂对玉米药害的指标。田间小区试验表明:乙草胺、阿特拉津+乙草胺以及阿特拉津+甲草胺对单、双子叶防效均达85%以上,但乙草胺以及阿特拉津+乙草胺显著地影响了玉米产量,减产幅度分别为12%与6.2%。

【Abstract】 The influences of acetochlor,acetochlor + atrazine,and atrazine + alachlor on the growth of maize(Zea mays L.) were investigated in greenhouse and field.The results of greenhouse experiment showed that the growth of maize was significantly reduced by 100ml/667m~2 acetochlor,150 ~ 300ml/667m2 acetochlor + atrazine.Atrazine + alachlor had no phytotoxicity to maize.The phytotoxicity of acetochlor was aggravated by high humidity.Safeners Naphthalic Anhydride(NA) reduced the phytotoxicity of acetochlor to maize significantly.The cotyledon area of maize can be an index to the phytotoxicity of acetochlor to maize.The result of field experiment showed that acetochlor,acetochlor + atrazine,and atrazine + alachlor exhibited good weed control,but acetochlor and acetochlor + atrazine reduced the yield of maize significantly.
