基于UG的铸件成形CAD/CAE系统

【摘要】 计算机在铸造领域的应用主要包括铸造工艺CAD和铸造工艺CAE两个方面,但是大部分的铸造CAE系统都是采用其他CAD软件建模,再导出STL文件,然后在CAE软件中进行网格剖分、数值模拟计算、后处理显示等操作。为了解决CAD/CAE系统之间的数据传递等问题,基于UG平台开发了面向铸造工艺设计全流程的CAD/CAE集成系统,可应用于铸件产品设计、铸件工艺设计和铸件数值模拟分析的全流程,真正实现了"设计—分析—修改—优化"闭式循环设计,协助工艺设计人员在统一的UG环境下快速进行工艺方案设计和验证设计方案,极大地提高了设计和分析效率。

【Abstract】 In the field of casting, computer applications mainly include casting process CAD and casting process CAE, but most of the casting CAE systems are modeled by using other CAD softwares, and then export the STL files. The cast meshing, numerical simulation and post-processing display are executed in cast CAE software. In order to solve the data transfer between CAD/CAE systems and other issues, a seamlessly integrated parametric CAD/CAE system designing for casting has been developed based on UG platform. The system not only can be applied to the whole process of cast product design, cast process design and cast numerial simulation, but also truly achieve a "Design-Analysis-Modify-optimization" closed-cycle design in a unified environment, which greatly improves the efficiency of design and analysis.
