时差法超声流量计瞬时流速动态跟踪算法
A Dynamic Tracking Method for Instantaneous Velocity of the Time Difference Method Ultrasonic Flowmeter

【摘要】 时差法超声流量计由于受到功耗限制,时间差的测量不能采用很高的采样频率。实际流量测量的时候,流体的流速会存在突变现象,那么在低流速分辨率情况下就会引起流速测量不能实时跟踪,从而引起了较大的计量误差,这大大影响超声流量计的计量精度和系统稳定性。该文对时差法超声流量计的瞬时流速动态跟踪问题进行探讨,设计出瞬时流速动态跟踪算法。经实验验证,所设计的动态跟踪算法可以使超声流量计的计量精度提高0.4%左右,重复性提高0.05%左右,而系统功耗几乎没有太大的变化。
【Abstract】 Due to the power restrictions,the time difference measurement of ultrasonic-flow-meter cannot take a high sampling frequency.When the actual flow is measured,fluid velocity mutant phenomenon,in low velocity resolution cases,may cause that the velocity measurement cannot be tracked in real time,thus giving rise to large measurement error,which greatly affects the measurement precision of ultrasonic-flow-meter and system stability.In this article,we investigate the dynamic tracking of the instantaneous velocity for the time difference method ultrasonic-flow-meter,and design a dynamic around0.4%improvement in the measurement precision of ultrasonic-flow-meter,the repeatability is about 0.05%,while system power consumption is almost not much changes.
