【摘要】 目的探讨腹部手术史患者行二孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的可行性及手术方法与技巧。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2013年10月56例有腹部手术史患者行二孔法LC的临床资料。结果56例患者中,二孔法LC完成55例,手术成功率为98.2%,另1例改为常规三孔法完成手术,无中转开腹病例。手术时间22~100min,平均48 min。全部患者均治愈出院。结论腹部手术史患者行二孔法LC是安全、可行的,是一种更趋向美观和微创的术式,若术者具备娴熟的腹腔镜操作技巧,二孔法LC可以作为常规方式选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the feasibility and operation skills of tow-trocar laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for patients with history of abdominal operation.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with previous abdominal operations who underwent tow-trocar LC from January 2007 to October 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 56 cases,tow-trocar LC were successfully performed in 55 cases(98.2%),threetrocar LC was performed in one case,and no patient was converted to open cholecystectomy.The operation time was22-100 min with the mean time of 48 min.All patients were cured.Conclusion Tow-trocar LC is safe,feasible,more beautiful and less invasive for patients with previous abdominal operations,which can be selected as a conventional method by skilled surgeons.更多还原
