【摘要】 《备急千金要方》卷三以产后病方药为重点,其中心腹痛第四收录了妇人产后各种心腹疼痛方21首;单味药以桂心、甘草、当归、芍药、川芎、地黄使用频度最高;药味配伍以芍药配甘草,当归配芍药,桂心配当归及桂心配芍药为主,而针对产后气血虚弱的特点,又善用羊肉温补气血,组方以内补当归建中汤、当归生姜羊肉汤为基础,以散寒、止痛,祛瘀、养血为主要治法,虚、寒、瘀为病机关键,结合心腹痛的部位,性质及兼夹症,灵活组方。结合《千金翼方》中本草理论,对《千金方》产后心腹痛方的用药以及配伍组方特点进行探析,为《千金方》的临床运用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The herbal compatibility characteristics and ideas of 21 herbal formulae of postpartum abdominal pain of Qian Jin Fang are discussed and analyzed.Cassia Bark,Liquorice,Chinese angelica,Chinese Peony,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rehmannia Root are the most commonly used herbs.The main combinations of two herbs are Chinese Peony- Liquorice,Chinese angelica- Chinese Peony,Cassia Bark- Chinese angelica and Cassia Bark- Chinese Peony.The prescriptions are based on Neibu Danggui Jianzhong decoction and Danggui Shengjiang Yangrou decoction.The chief therapeutical principles are scattering cold,relieving pain,removing blood stasis and nourishing blood based on the main pathogenesis of deficiency,coldness and blood stasis,formulae adjustment are made according to disease location,property and accompanied symptoms;mutton is specially applied to severe postpartum deficiency of essence and blood.The herbal compatibibty and ideas of formula creation provide theoretical basis for clinical application of herbal formula from Qian Jin Fang.更多还原
