【摘要】 目的:分析中医药治疗血管性认知功能障碍的方剂组方规律。方法:收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中关于中医药治疗血管性认知功能障碍文献中的处方,运用中医传承辅助系统(v2.0)软件进行逐一录入并进行数据处理,对筛选出治疗血管性认知功能障碍的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出符合要求的110首治疗血管性认知功能障碍的处方,确定了处方中药物出现的频次、6味常用药物和2味核心药物。结论:治疗血管性认知功能障碍应以补肾益智、化痰开窍、活血祛瘀为主要治法,并根据不同兼证,酌情配伍具有清热、活血、理气、通络等功效药物,以达到标本同治的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the composing principles of the prescriptions for vascular cognitive impairment.Methods:Collect and sift the prescriptions used for vascular cognitive impairment in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)to enter into the data one by one and conduct the data processing,then analyze composing principles of the collected prescriptions.Results:Based on 110 cases of the prescriptions which conformed to the requirements,the frequency of each herb,6 kinds of commonly used herbs and 2 core herbs were identified.Conclusion;The treatment of vascular cognitive impairment should be based on invigorating kidney and brain,waking up the patients from unconsciousness by dissipating phlegm,removing blood stasis and promoting blood circulation,and according to the different accompanied symptoms,some herbs with the efficacy of clearing heat,activating blood,regulating qi and dredging collaterals can also be used so as to achieve the purpose of the pathogenesis.更多还原
