【摘要】 目的:利用HPLC-DAD技术,对白术芍药散中陈皮的配伍机制进行研究,阐明陈皮在方中的作用。方法:按照陈皮的有无分3组,即原方、缺陈皮方、单陈皮方进行提取,利用HPLC-DAD技术对提取液中10种主要成分含量进行测定。结果:陈皮中的3种主要化学成分在溶液中的含量有明显提高,白芍以及防风中的主要成分的含量也有不同程度的升高。结论:中药的配伍应用不仅局限于理论,也能通过实验来证实。本研究为今后对中药的配伍以及方剂学的研究提供了思路,具有一定的实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research on the compatibility mechanism of pericarpium citri reticulatae in Baizhu Shaoyao San(BSS) by HPLC-DAD,and illuminate the effect of pericarpium citri reticulatae in BSS.Method:Extraction is divided into three groups,namely the original party,lack of pericarpium citri reticulatae,single Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae.Simultaneous determination of 10 active components in three groups by HPLC-DAD.Results:The content of 3 active components in Pericarpium citri reticulatae and 2 active components in radix paeoniae alba and radix saposhnikovia are increase.Conclusion:The compatibility of Chinese traditional medicine application not only confined to the theory,can also be confirmed by the experiment.This experiment for the compatibility of Chinese traditional medicine and pharmacology research provides a new idea,and has a certain practical significance.更多还原
